Insurance Coverage: Chiropractic treatment is covered by most insurance plans. At or prior to your first visit, we will help you determine how much coverage your company provides. We are happy to bill your insurance company for you. Massage therapy used in conjunction with a program of chiropractic care, is a recommended method of enhancing the effectiveness of treatments. Many insurance companies cover this kind of therapeutic massage.
Payment Policy: Payment or co-payment is due at the time of service, by check or cash.
Appointment Cancellation:If you need to change or cancel your appointment, please let us know 24 hours in advance, by calling the front desk at 503-365-8399. We may charge for last-minute cancellations and missed appointments.
